Shipping

Your items are lovingly packed and dispatched from our studio. We aim to ship all orders within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated for made-to-order or busy periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that during peak times (such as launches or seasonal periods), dispatch may take slightly longer – but we’ll always keep you updated.

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your items, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used kits due to the nature of the materials.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your kit, please get in touch straight away and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Just email us with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’re here to help and want to make things as simple as possible.

A Note on Handmade & Materials

As many of our products are handmade or include handcrafted components, slight variations are part of their charm and not considered faults – they make each piece unique!
